PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO NOT PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE INVOICE TEXT YOUR CHILD WILL LOOSE THEIR SPOT. We have changed this process for parents and carer’s ease and ability to keep the same time. We will not be chasing payments, if by Friday the 20th you have not received your link please email admin@malleephysio.com.au ->

***Please note; If you are thinking you want to swap classes, at this stage we don’t have any spots available to swap into. If you cannot keep your spot please let us know. If you want to go on a wait list for an alternative time please go to the portal and add your child to the wait list of the preferred time, there is no guarantee for a swap though.***

Information for Term 2 swimming.

We are continually working on our processes to make the rebooking smoother for everyone, Tanya, yourself and our team.

If your child is not attending Term 2, please advise us as soon as possible.

Our Swimming lesson programs are designed for children from 6months to 10 years.

There are also a couple of classes that will be swapped around, so the sooner we know the sooner we can work towards accommodating our current attendees to an alternative spot.

Term 2 information: Starting Tuesday 21st April 2026

Tuesday, Thursday Friday – 10 week term $180.00

Saturday – 9 week term $162 (Saturday 25th April Anzac Day no swimming)

END OF TERM 27/06/2026

The new process: PLEASE, PLEASE READ

1. Your child will be rebooked into your current booking time slot, unless discussed with Tanya and Annie prior.

2. On Monday 16th March 2026 you will receive a text with a link for payment and this is due within 7 days – NO PAYMENT received and you will be automatically taken out of the group. (please see below for paying the invoice) 

3. Monday the 23rd of March the bookings will be open to the public/waitlist.

CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT PRIOR TO TERM COMMENCEMENT

All cancellations made after payment will incur a $40.00 admin fee. A staff member has to physically create this refund, reconcile the refund, remove the patient from the terms booking, reopen the booking for another participant. 

We ask that you take your time in making the booking and payment.

– How You Will Pay Invoices: (you can also access your child’s booking through the online portal if you are using the same log in as last term to confirm they are in the correct slot you can also pay here prior to Monday)

An SMS with included invoice payment link click on that link to open it in your device’s browser, you will see the online payment form.

  • You will need to enter their card details and hit the ‘Pay Now’ button.
  • If you have previously consented to secure storage of their credit card details in your business’s Stripe account via Zanda, your details will be already pre-populated, and you only need to click ‘Pay Now’.

  3. NEW SWIMMERS – PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UP FRONT PER CHILD PER TERM, and booked online using our online booking system Zanda HERE
    • DO NOT SELECT APPOINTMENT YOU MUST SELECT BOOK CLASS – if you do not select book class you will not be in a swimming lesson.
  4. A link for information and consent will be sent Via Text or Email you can access this information from your Zanda portal.
  5. Cancellations & refunds do not included the online payment processing fee, so please take your time when completing your registration.
  6. A form will be sent seeking the child’s information. Once registration form has been completed you will receive a confirmation text.

Frequently Asked Questions?

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO: a $40.00 admin fee will incur with all cancellations.

What if I can’t make a session or my child is unwell? You pay for the term and unfortunately this does happen, if spots allow a catch up session may be organised with the instructor.

What if my child is not 6 months until week 2 or 3 can I still join? Your child cannot commence the lesson’s until after 6 months of age. Therefore if there is availability once your child turns 6months old they can join in then.

What if I want to register 2 children in the same group? You will register both children, we have added children into our booking system to make this easier for future bookings.

How much will it cost? Complete the registration process and the price will be displayed

Do I have to register online?  Yes, all registrations are to be completed and booked online.

Can I pay cash? Yes but you will need to come into the practice to pay at the time of booking

Do the groups have limited numbers? Yes, once the group if full you will not be able to register for that spot online

Do I have to register every term? Yes you need to register and pay each term

Trouble shooting the online booking? Follow these steps below.

Do I get priority for the next term? yes existing patients are informed of bookings opened prior to the public (however your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been made)

After PROGRAM starts:

  • $60 is non-refundable & non-transferable
  • Credit are worked out such that:
  • Amount payable = cost per class x (how many lessons have passed + an additional 2 lesson’s) to a minimum of $60.
  • Amount that was paid – Amount payable = Credit.
