What is Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is a form of treatment or exercise instructed by a Physiotherapist or qualified Instructor, conducted in a heated pool.
Hydrotherapy is a safe and fun way for both young and old to exercise – whether it be for fitness or just well being.
The Australian Physiotherapy Association recommend the water temperature range of 33 degrees to aid in muscle relaxation to achieve greater results in aquatic Physiotherapy.
