About Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT)
Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves inhaling purified air or pure oxygen while resting inside a pressurised chamber set slightly above atmospheric pressure. Unlike traditional hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which uses higher pressures, mHBOT offers a gentler approach with a maximum pressure of 1.35 ATA, making it suitable for wellness, recovery, and regenerative support.
