REGISTRATIONS CLOSE Friday 12th April 2024 Please complete the below form if you wish to enroll your child into Swimming Lesson’s at Mallee Physio Swan Hill. Cost $170.00 for a 10 week block, this is to be paid prior to commencing lesson’s. Once registration is received your child’s spot will be confirmed closer to the start date. Lessons will begin Monday the 22nd April.
